The industrial space at Unwins Bridge Road has been evolving into modern, multi-purporse commercial spaces.

The project at Unwins Bridge Road retained the history of this building as it moved into its new purpose. This unique project included the full refurbishment of Building 2, adding an additional floor to the space and breaking it up into new inter-tenancies, as well as feature lobby entry ways. These works required demolition and excavation works, a new mezzanine and Level 1 slabs, facade reconfiguration and extensive service relocation works, along with a 3,500 PT deck and four new lifts to reach the mezzanine area.
